Here at Alpserve, we aim to make the whole ski experience much faster and easier, whether that's for school groups, individuals or through our Prefitted brand, catering for university groups.
We provide hire clothing, helmets and goggles as we know that this stuff can be expensive! Especially if it's your first ski trip and you're unsure if it's for you! We send out all the kit, prior to your trip and even wash it for you on return!
No fuss. No hassle. All that's left is for you to relax, have fun and enjoy the trip (or enjoy the peace and quiet while your child's away...)!
We know that seeing your child go away can be a stressful experience and so we want to help out! We will fit your child with the correct clothing and technical equipment so you can sleep a little easier knowing that they're kept warm, dry and safe out on the slopes.
You'll need to make sure you've read the school groups' terms and conditions and have paid any hire costs before the trip.
Please also make sure you, and your child, have attended the dedicated fitting that will have been held. This is important so that we can measure and fit the equipment correctly.
That really depends on what they've already got. You'll be asked to attend a fitting slot where our team here at Alpserve can assess your child and recommend the appropriate hire. We have a number of packages to cater for all needs, as well as offering discounted retail items if you decide you'd rather make that investment and keep the kit afterwards!
Absolutely! Skiing/snowboarding without a helmet is really really dangerous! By not wearing a helmet, your child is at a much greater risk of serious injury. In fact, in some resorts it is actually illegal for a child under 14 to not be wearing a helmet and to make matters worse, some insurance policies will be invalidated if the policy holder is found to not have been wearing a helmet.
It's really just better not to risk it.
