SHIPPING POLICY

We always endeavour to send out your order the day we receive it. We ship using Royal Mail, and there is an option at checkout to upgrade to premium shipping within the UK if you’d like to receive your order ASAP. For orders within Europe we ship using Royal Mail too, however the option to upgrade is removed for European orders. For orders outside of Europe - contact us directly and we’ll arrange something for you! We include stickers and care instructions in every order!

​​RETURNS

If you have a problem with your order you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods, otherwise we will assume the order has been accepted & checked. You may not be entitled to a refund or reprint after this period. If notified within this time we will either offer a refund or to swap the item(s) depending on how many items are faulty or missing. Returned items must still have the tags on and any packaging that may have accompanied them.
